Hotel Casa Tucan has been Safari Surf School headquarters since 1999! You’ll be staying in the warm, tropical, rustic luxury of a truly “pura vida” vibe hotel, just a 3-minute walk from the gorgeous shores of Playa Guiones beach.
Our hotel is constantly updating our policies and procedures to make sure we are keeping up on all sustainable practices that we as a hotel can practice and promote. You will see our efforts from the moment you walk on the property.
All rooms at the Hotel Casa Tucan are private with private bath, frosty A/C, hot water, ceiling fan, mini-refrigerator, wet bar, room safe, and I-pod alarm clock radio, cable TV, and daily maid service. The larger rooms (Sunset Suite) also have a microwave, couch, table and chairs for relaxing while reading a book. There is a sparkling pool located in the center of the property for easy access to a cool dip. Maid service along with clean sheets and towels provided daily. The Hotel Casa Tucan has a full restaurant and bar on the property. The food at the restaurant is some of the best in Nosara and on Thursday and Saturday evenings there is live music for guests to enjoy.
