Safari Surf School's cancellation policy requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of package total at the time of package booking.
The guest’s remaining package balance is to be paid no later than 60 days prior to the departure date and is non-refundable beyond that time. Safari Surf School, LLC reserves the right to issue a “Rain Check” for guest’s deposit and/or package cost on a case-by-case basis if the guest feels he or she may be able to visit Safari Surf School in the near future (within 12 months).
However, Safari Surf will offer a “credit” in the amount of the initial deposit if notified in writing up to 90 days prior to the guests’ arrival. This credit will be good for 12 calendar months from the original guest arrival date.
Any cancellation 89 days or less, Safari guests will be under their chosen hotel lodging cancellation policies. Safari Surf will provide a “credit” for up to 30 days prior to arrival for the portion of the package excluding the hotel lodging. Each lodging accommodation has their own individual cancellation policies that Safari Surf must abide by when making a reservation for our guests. Guests will be subject to their hotel policy. Any cancellation 29 days or less from the arrival date, there is no credit available.
Safari Surf strongly recommends that all guests purchase “trip insurance” to cover their travel plans and expenses. The cost is low but the peace of mind is extremely high! Safari Surf is a licensed agent for Travel Guard and would be happy to provide a free estimate upon request.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS (DEC. 20 – JAN.5TH)
“For all reservations during the holiday period there are NO refunds 90 days or less to travel dates. All holiday season reservations payments are due for full 90 days prior to arrival.”
