What is it about?

Empowering Women

This surf program is built by women, run by women, and of course exclusively for women. Our staff will have you surfing better than you ever thought possible while immersing you in the tranquil, friendly and healing community of Nosara, Playa Guiones that they call home for more than 20 plus years.

We keep the size of our groups to no more than 8 ladies per camp to ensure the entire experience is personal and exceptional from start to finish and we’ve created a program that will give you the opportunity to push your limits each day both physically and mentally. Women who succeed, whether it be at surfing or life in general, have the mental strength to push through failures, to learn from mistakes, to keep moving forward, and are open to suggestions and critique. This course is about empowerment for women in the water and out.

Your accommodations at Olas Verdes Hotel are nothing short of tropical luxury. This gorgeous hotel sits as close to the sands of Playa Guiones as one can be with its own private path meandering through the forest refuge of mangroves. This hotel was built with sustainability in mind and was the 1st L.E.E.D. Platinum Certified hotel in all of Central America. With spacious rooms, a decadent salt water pool, a restaurant and bar with excellent offerings, this hotel offers everything you could ask for.

Nitty Gritty Details:

Get wet in the morning with Mother Ocean, eat an amazing healthy breakfast. Off to stretch your body out at yoga. Hop on your bike to go explore the town. Pile into our van and head out to sightsee and shop where the locals shop and live. Share the stories of waves ridden and not ridden with your surf mates while sharing a margarita. Sit by the bonfire gazing up and the constellation. That sounds like heaven doesn’t it?

RT Transportation from Liberia (LIR) to Nosara and back via private shuttle
(7) Nights’ accommodation at Olas Verdes Hotel
Bike rental
Healthy daily breakfast

(1) 2 Hour surf session daily in the mornings with Dani
